Our Technical, Reparation and Customer Service works towards
the following directions:

Total customer service: since ever Injecta follows
the fundamental principles of management, is extremely careful on reparation and customer services before and after sales.

Installation service: on customer request we are able to provide a service of functional tests, calibrations and programming of instruments and dosing pumps and, finally, training of people who will handle the process.

Our staff is available 12 hours a day for customer service by phone but it is available also for local inspections in order to value together with the installer the better product and solutions for the better installation.
Reparation service is extremely efficient and able to value quickly
guarantees or debits; by this way customer may decide fastly
and the service can provide reparations in reasonable time.
